Max is the CEO of Baxter & Associates and Philip Norton’s boss. He’s always on Philip’s case to come up with a new product design, so he’s a frequent visitor to the Norton house. In fact, he’s been on Philip’s case so long that he’s almost like a member of the family, which is why the girls call him Uncle Max.
