Summary of story: Ben, Eleanor and Alice are the children of Queen Isadora from the magical realm of Eidolon. Unfortunately, the evil Dodman is forming an army of trolls, giant, ghost-dogs, goblins and other creatures to fight Queen Isadora. Reluctantly, she must return to Eidolon and leave her family behind. Horrified, Eleanor secretly follows her mother to Eidolon, but gets caught by Dodman. When Ben realizes his sister is missing, he sets off to find her. With the help of Silver the Selkie (a half girl, half seal), her father Skerry, the Centaur Darius, Minotaur and Nemesis the Nautilus, they manage to rescue Eleanor and bring her back to safety.
What I like about this book: I am able to follow the exciting adventures of Ben as he experiences interesting adventures in Eidolon with his friends while trying to rescue his sister Eleanor.
Why I will recommend it to my friends: It is exciting and thrilling.
