A 9-year-old fascinated with all things icky, Carl is the only man of the Foutley house. He thrives on adults' disgust and pouts when he can't gross someone out. Carl thinks of himself as being way ahead of his years and is particularly proud of his power to disturb grown-ups. His best friend is Hoodsey Bishop, who, as a partner in crime, is kind of a work in progress.
